There doesn’t seem to be a link for “windows RDP” with mods. I believe you may want to also consider adding Pidgin for multiservice IM clients. With those two exceptions… this is a fantastic list. There are a few things on here I didn’t know about, thanks!

I have ridden many times with Law Enforcement in helicopters and other aircraft. I have been really lucky to have this opportunity. It gives me a completely different perspective with regard to flying since I am a computer flight simulator junky. I have gone to the triple screen computer with ir tracking all in the name of getting closer to the feel of real flight. Nothing compares to the real thing, but computer flight simulation is a great learning tool.

It is obvious that this person has never been in the shop. I know FIRSTHAND that you & your staff would never treat someone like that. You (all inclusive) go out of your way to explain to customers exactly what will be done & what should be done with follow-ups. You also are more than willing to answer any & all questions at that time & IN THE FUTURE.
Just remember that you have thousands of satisfied customers, myself included, that will return to you if the need arises. Alan
